Lodge Rooms
Capacity: Total capacity 30 guests.1-3 people per room.
Sleeping: Double bed, double bed + single bed, 2-3 single beds
Meals: All meals and afternoon tea included. Lunch is not provided on arrival day.
Guiding: Hiking and Skiing guiding services provided.
Toilet: Communal indoor toilet available for winter and summer nighttime use. Outhouses are 100 meters from the Lodge.
Showers and sauna: Communal sauna and gender specific shower house.
Summer water: Communal sink with hot and cold water.
Winter water: No running water in the lodge. Drinking water and warm washing water available in the dining room.
Heating: Heated from the living room below.
Lighting: Lights powered from our microhydro.
Five cozy rooms accomodate our guests in the main lodge. Perched above the living room, each room has a slightly different sleeping configurations. In keeping with the mountain lifestyle, there is a communal sink upstairs for washing and in the summer there is nightime access to a flush toilet located inside the lodge. In the winter, enjoy the night sky as never before on outhouse missions.
Hiking and skiing builds up an appetite. Breakfast features homemade granola and yoghurt, whole grain hot cereal, fruit salad, oven warm baked goods and eggs. Pack your own picnic lunch just how you like it. Head out into the hills with our hiking and skiing guides in trips adjusted for all levels. Put your feet up and expand the belly a little more at afternoon tea. Enjoy our three course dinner and selection of wine and beer in our historic dining room.
The bath house is a short walk from the lodge and has plenty of hot water for showers. A roll in the snow after a sauna is a perfect way to finish a day in the mountains.
