We visited the Lodge the summer of 2007 to celebrate my wife's retirement. We have travelled extensively in western Canada over the last forty years. Mt. Assiniboine is magical: the accomodations are comfortable, the staff helpful and responsive, the food delicious and the guests interesting, like minded souls. Each time we pack our Mt. Assiniboine lunch bag on a day hike we reflect back on an extraordinary experience and look forward to returning.
