Information required for booking the Naiset Huts and Hind Hut.
- Groups must designate a group co-ordinator.
- The group co-ordinator is responsible for receiving all pre-departure information supplied by Assiniboine Lodge and distributing it to members in their group as needed.
- The group co-ordinator is responsible for the balance due upon booking.

The information needed upon booking:
- contact information for the group co-ordinator.
- arrival and departure dates for group members.
- number of people in the group.
- number of children under 5.
- number of people under 16.
- number and names of the group members booking helicopter flights.
- number and names of the group members hiking or skiing and the route they are taking.
- number and names of the group members hiking or skiing and flying gear only.
- a Visa or Mastercard.
