I have done a lot of hiking throughout the Rockies and elsewhere and I can honestly say none have been better than the 3 days of hiking we did just prior to the Canada Day weekend around Mount Assiniboine Lodge.

The variety and diversity of the terrain was impressive and offered a surprise around every turn. The mountain scenery and terrain around the lodge is special and with the combination of some beautiful weather we could not have asked for more. 

You may not have had this on your bucket list but it needs to be!
