Summer 2025 - Dates TBA - We will start accepting booking requests, via our booking request form, which will go live here on our website from Aug 1-31, 2024. You will be able to submit your top 5 date choices. Dates must match our helicopter schedule regardless of whether you plan to hike in or out. Checkin/out occurs on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays(Mondays instead of Sundays on long weekends). The more flexible you are in dates ie. June through September, and accommodation style, the more likely your request will be accepted.

We are very sorry but not everyone who requests dates will be accomodated. We usually receive three times the amount of requests that we have space to accomodate. Priority goes to past guests, with the more visits the more priority. Priority does not go according to the date and time that you submit your booking request form.

We will get back to you by November 15, 2024, with what we are able or not to confirm. Those whose requests were not accepted by Nov 15 will have a second opportunity to book any remaining space that shakes out by the end of November. Group size maximum of 10 people. Solo travellers will be waitlisted and we will get back to you by mid January 2025 with what we are able or not to confirm.
