BOOKING POLICIES:
Payment Terms
- Two night minimum stay in Summer and three night minimum stay in Winter is required. All stays are based around the helicopter flight day, even if you are hiking/skiing in and/or out.
- A digital waiver must be completed at time of booking by all members in the party.
- A medical form also needs to be completed by each memeber of the party.
- A paper waiver must be completed at the lodge upon arrival.
Deposit Schedules
- A deposit of $500.00/person is required to confirm booking. Deposit is due within two weeks of invoice date.
- Final payment is due 60 days prior to your trip date.
- Bookings made less than 60 days prior to departure require full payment at the time of booking by credit card.
- If initial deposit is not received by the due date your reservation is not confirmed and the space will be resold.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
- A $500.00 per person cancellation processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
- For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to trip departure, only the $500/person fee applies.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure are 100% non-refundable. If the space is resold, the final payment will be refunded less the $500.00 per person cancellation processing fee.
- Dates are non-transferable.
- No refunds for trips already in progress.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to park closures, poor access conditions.
- These policies apply to all cancellations including those arising from trail conditions, park closures, highway conditions, flight cancellations, weather and fire conditions, illness, government restrictions due to pandemics/natural disasters, etc.
- We strongly advise that you have cancellation and medical insurance.
Helicopter Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to trip departure(for lodge guests only).
- For cancellations made 60 days to 72 hours prior to departure, a $50 per person cancellation fee applies.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to departure.
Cancelled Helicopter Flights due to Weather Conditions
- Cancelled helicopter flights due to poor weather conditions are extremely rare.
- Mount Assiniboine Lodge is not responsible for costs incurred due to cancelled helicopter flights.
- There will be a refund for the lost night of accommodation at Mount Assiniboine Lodge.
- Visitors delayed at Assiniboine will be required to pay for half of the additional night's stay.
- When weather conditions allow, helicopter flights will resume.
