Summer/Fall 2027 - Dates TBA - We will accept booking requests for Summer/Fall 2027, from August 1-31, 2026 via our booking request form which will go live here at that time. We will get back to you with what dates we can or cannot confirm by mid-December 2026. You will have one week to decide if you want to move forward with a booking once we have contacted you with a date confirmation.

Not everyone who requests dates will get a booking. We usually receive 4 times the number of requests than we can accommodate. Being as flexible as possible in your date requests will increase your chances of getting a booking for 2027. The more flexible you are in date options(requesting dates in June through September), length of stay(requesting a variety of nights stay) and accommodation type(lodge rooms or private cabins), the better your chances are of getting a booking. Maximum group size of 10 people. We do not do weddings. 

All stays must match our helicopter schedule regardless of whether you plan to hike in or out. In summer, we fly Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays, except long weekends when we fly Monday instead of Sunday. In winter we fly Sundays and Wednesdays. Our online request form will only allow you to request dates that line up with the helicopter, you don’t really have to think about it. You do have to indicate whether or not you want to add helicopter flights to your trip.
