Summer 2026 - June 21 - Oct 2, 2026 - We are no longer accepting booking requests for Summer/Fall 2026, we are sold out. We had accepted requests for Summer 2026 from Aug 1-31, 2025. We received four times the number of requests that we have space to accommodate. We are delayed in the process of allocating space to those who requested dates and will get back to all guests who requested dates by December 18 with what we are able or not to confirm. We are very sorry but not everyone who requested dates will be accommodated. Please email us with the number of people to go our waitlist: info@assiniboinelodge.com.
Summer 2027 - Dates TBA - We will accept booking requests for Summer 2027, from August 1-31, 2026 via our booking request form which will go live here at that time. Being as flexible as possible in your date requests will increase your chances of getting a booking for 2027. Priority does not go according to the date and time that you submit your booking request form. Priority goes to past guests, with the more visits the more priority. Being a past guest does not automatically get you a booking. Approximately half of our guests are new guests to the lodge. The more flexible you are in date options(requesting dates in June through September), length of stay(requesting a variety of nights stay) and accommodation type(lodge rooms or private cabins), the better your chances are of getting a booking. Maximum group size of 10 people. We do not do weddings. Solo travellers will be waitlisted and contacted if/when space comes available closer to Summer 2027.
All stays must match our helicopter schedule regardless of whether you plan to hike in or out. We fly Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our online request form will only allow you to request dates that line up with the helicopter, you don’t really have to think about it. You do have to indicate whether or not you want to add helicopter flights to your trip.
